Our services include one-on-one meetings with clients who need assistance with resumes, job searches, mock interviews & more. Clients can still contact us via phone or email however if it’s something specific and time consuming, we ask that you please schedule an appointment.
For those who prefer to have that face-to-face interaction, we use Zoom to communicate with clients. If you are not familiar with Zoom, please see below for instructions.
Before joining a Zoom meeting on a computer or mobile device, you can download the Zoom app from Zoom’s Download Center. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click a join link. Each meeting has a unique 9, 10, or 11-digit number called a Meeting ID that will be required to join a Zoom meeting. Choose the step-by-step instructions (with pictures) for your download method of choice:

At this time, we are waiting to hear from County officials on when our building will open back up. When we do, new procedures will be put in place for clients who come into the building.
When our building opens back up, we are discouraging clients from coming into the OhioMeansJobs center. We want to continue to limit contact with others during this time therefore scheduling an appointment is highly encouraged.
Currently, our staff is working on a couple options involving the Computer Lab at the resource center. At this time, if you have a smartphone or can access a smartphone or computer from a family member, we would recommend that option.
Staff is available Monday through Friday from 8AM-4:30PM by phone at (419) 707-8605 or (419) 707-8635 or via email at ASKOMJ@ocic.biz.
When our staff is back to working in the OhioMeansJobs office, we will be offering curbside pickup for those who do not have access to copying services. WE DO NOT YET HAVE AN OFFICIAL DATE ON WHEN WE WILL BEGIN THIS SERVICE so stay tuned for more information.
If you need copies of your resume, Job & Family Services related documents or any other paper work, you can either upload your documents or schedule a dropoff/pickup time to come out to our facility with your paper work. (Procedures on dropoff/pickup are to come)
