Chrissy Ernsberger
Employment Resources Coordinator
Chrissy began her career in social services, working for the Sandusky County Children Services and later for Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus. She has also worked as a Teacher’s Aide for St. John’s Nursery School.
Chrissy was given the opportunity to work for the Ottawa County Juvenile Court, as a Classroom Monitor/Tutor for the Student Achievement Program, where she combined her passion for helping students with her social services background.
Chrissy is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work.
Monica Metcalf
Employment Resources Assistant
Monica began her career in customer service, working for Country Hair Creations. Originally starting out as a fill in receptionist over 10 years ago, her position evolved into Salon Manager/Guest Service Expert.
Monica understands the aspects of running a business – scheduling appointments, advertising her stylists skills, taking inventory, keeping everything clean, and the ability to create a comfortable environment for clients.
Monica has a passion for helping people and providing them with an overall pleasant experience.
